As a nonprofit organization, every purchase made through Israel Friends directly supports our mission and ongoing work. Because of this, all sales are considered final.

That said, we genuinely want you to be happy with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or reshipment at our discretion.
